Hi! I’m Rae.

I am a wife, mother to three, Registered Nurse, Certified Lactation Counselor, and Doula.

I view myself as an ever-evolving, free-spirited student of life. I believe with my whole heart that you and I are more alike than we are not.

All of us hold a deep desire to be heard, seen, understood, and loved.

Marriage and motherhood have been my greatest teachers in this life. I have been through quite the transformation over the last several years. After spending a lot of time and energy inward - tending to my needs and focusing on my healing and growth - I finally feel ready to start using my voice, sharing my story, and being in service to others again.

The Nectar of Life is a place for me to share my writing and host heartfelt and honest conversations on all things life - specifically self exploration & growth, motherhood, marriage, and spirituality.
