Hi Mama, I see you.
I know, this transition into motherhood feels harder than you ever imagined.
You’re feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, and maybe even burnt out.

Early motherhood is a true paradox—one moment we are overcome with the most profound love we’ve ever known or felt,
and the next we are overwhelmed with such deep pain and grief, questioning if we’re even cut out for this.
I’m here to gently remind you:
YES, Mama, you were made for this!

You’re in the midst of a deeply profound transformation,
and while it’s messy, painful, and uncomfortable, it is through these hard times that we grow and heal.

Just as the ocean waves gently smooth out a piece of sea glass overtime,

Yes, this process is beyond hard… AND I whole heartedly believe it was divinely designed that way.
REMEMBER: These are the years that will shape you into the
strong, confident, and fully embodied woman and mother you were meant to be!
Growth is painful. Stretching past our limits is uncomfortable.
But this is where the magic happens, babe!
You’re in the fires of transformation,
And I can’t wait to see you thriving on the other side!
Although it may feel like you have lost yourself,
she’s actually right there inside of you,
just patiently waiting for you to offer her some attention, compassion and love.
After experiencing this transformation three times myself,
I feel deeply honored to walk alongside you as you navigate your own personal journey.
